James is the Co-Founder of spaceLOC8.com and with over 25 years in the real estate industry, brings a unique perspective and level of experience to the business.
Founding 971 Commercial in early 2024, James and his Co-Founder Sean, saw there were opportunities in the UAE Real Estate market, and with the rapid growth and international exposure the country was undergoing, it made sense to lean in to those opportunities and fill certain gaps in various markets.
With a background in Commercial, Investment, Residential and Property Management in the UK, US, Middle East and Asia, taking those experiences and using them to create firstly, UAEPlots.com and now spaceLOC8.com, leaning in to the 'personal' touch of real estate was somewhat obvious, but missing in certain sectors.
Bringing value and building long term relationships with clients is key to the success of this business.Ā James and Sean are both Commercial Directors of a leading Dubai Brokerage, enabling maximum market access and relevant experience of the local markets to ensure clients get the best possible advice from day one.
As a Co-Founder of spaceLOC8.com and a partner in 971 Commercial, Sean brings a wealth of expertise to the table, with a background in real estate and banking across Dubai and his native Australia.
Having worked with a variety of clients over the years in both industries, he specialises in crafting tailored solutions based on a deep understanding of each clientās needs.
Perhaps Seanās greatest strength is his ability to connect with people, ensuring their goals remain the primary focus of his work.
He takes pride in offering an honest, unbiased perspective, providing professional advice shaped by his diverse experience.
Sean is highly skilled in Commercial & Residential Leasing and Sales, Commercial & Private Banking, Hospitality, and Property Valuation. His formal education in Business Commerce, with a focus on Property Economics from Western Sydney University, gives him an edge. Market research and data analysis are his forte, adding credibility and trust.
